Prep time:
Cook time:
Total time:
  • 2 cans of chili with beans
  • 1 package of beef franks (Turkey franks work really well, 16 oz)
  • 10 fajita sized flour tortillas
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 small onion diced (I am not an onion person so I do them really small)
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Pour 1 can of chili with beans into the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
  3. Roll up franks inside of tortillas and place in the baking dish (place seam down to keep them from opening up).
  4. Top with remaining can of chili with beans onions and then sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil (tent the foil so that the cheese does not stick to it.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
