Cheesy Bacon Hashbrowns - Recipe
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 10 slices of bacon cooked and broken into pieces
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. divided
  • ⅓ cup 2% milk
  • 2½ tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 32oz frozen tater tots
  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink
  2. Stir in the soup, ½ cup of cheese, milk, sour cream, and bacon
  3. Place ½ of the bag of tater tots in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer with beef mixture and remaining tater tots; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
