Spicy Slow Cooker Sausage and Potatoes Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs of hot links (I prefer the Earl Campbell brand) or smoked sausage if you want a milder version.
  • 2.5 lbs russet potatoes washed and chopped, it's your choice if you want to peel them or not.
  • 1 10.5 oz can of cream of chick soup
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • French Fried onions for topping (this is a preference thing and completely optional)
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients minus the French Fried Onions in crockpot / slow cooker and stir.
  2. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3.5 hours
