Dr. Pepper Pork Chops Recipe Crock Pot / Slow Cooker

I love Dr. Pepper so I thought that I would share again this awesome recipe for Dr. Pepper Pork Chops Recipe Crock Pot / Slow Cooker. This recipe is a favorite of my family and I am sure yours will love it too.

Here is the recipe that I use to make this tasty dish that of course has a can of Dr. Pepper and is easy peasy in the crock pot or slow cooker which ever you call it.

Dr. Pepper Pork Chops Recipe Crock Pot / Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1 can Dr. Pepper
  • 12 oz ketchup or chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the crock pot (stir them of course).
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork chops are cooked through. Remove the chops and whisk in 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (or flour) to thicken the sauce into a gravy.
  3. Serve over rice.

I would also like to let mention just how tender the pork chops are and how they fall right off the bone if you use bone in pork chops. Enjoy and tell me how much you like them!
